★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tengo ninguna "motivación violenta" ni lo "estoy maltratando", esta fue la única manera en que me dio respuesta e incluso después de esto volvió a dejar de contestarme en la app de Doctoralia. Al día de hoy, usted no me ha ofrecido una disculpa ni una solución casi un mes después de que se reusó a ayudarme tras mi complicación. Adjunto la foto de mi cara al 5to día post-tratamiento, el día que tuve que solicitar la ayuda de otro dermatólogo.
En cuanto a lo de "expresar mi opinión" no lo hice porque las reseñas a un servicio deben ser objetivas. Le doy una estrella porque hasta ahora he recibido servicio de una estrella, si hubiera sido un trato de 5 estrellas eso es lo que le hubiera escrito. Porque así deberían ganarse esas reseñas, no pidiéndole a conocidos que le pongan 5 estrellas en Google porque alguien más se quejó.
Y si aprecia tanto la confidencialidad como lo dice en su mensaje, usted tiene mis datos, puede contactarme via WhatsApp a su conveniencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya llevo 1 año acudiendo y tratándome con el doctor Ruiz, yo acudí con él por un tema muy severo de acné y el tratamiento médico que llevé por 10 meses funcionó muy bien. Actualmente, y desde hace 3 meses estoy en un tratamiento estético (micro-punciones) en donde me esta inyectando colágeno directamente en la cara para dejarla uniforme (sin cicatrices y sin marcas), tratamiento que ha funcionado satisfactoriamente, con las 2 sesiones que llevo, mi piel se ve estupenda. he seguido todo lo indicado al pie de la letra. Me siento muy satisfecho y feliz con todo el progreso que hemos llevado. Es realmente fantástico en su profesión, y si por algún motivo requieres de algún seguimiento, este es inmediato y por él mismo. Lo recomiendo al 100%.
