★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, mi consulta duró 5 minutos, el doctor Rafael me dio un a receta por mas de 36,000 pesos sin explicarme ni siquiera como funcionaban los tratamientos que me mando o si tenia que tener cuidados especiales con TODOS los tratamientos láser que me recomendó, tampoco especificó el número de sesiones, solo le pidió a su asistente que me llevara a la caja a pagar y a que me dieran los costos de la receta, no volveré a acudir a sus instalaciones y no lo recomiendo para nada.
Terrible service, my consultation lasted 5 minutes, Dr. Rafael gave me a prescription for more than 36,000 pesos without even explaining how the treatments he sent me worked or if I had to take special care with ALL the laser treatments he recommended, either. He specified the number of sessions, he only asked his assistant to take me to the cashier to pay and to give me the costs of the prescription, I will not go to their facilities again and I do not recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia, NO GASTES TU DINERO, VE A UNA VERDADERA CLÍNICA DERMATOLÓGICA....pedí una cita específicamente con el Dr. Rafael y nuuunca me atendió el, su única solución para todos tus problemas dermatológicos es el láser, que además para venderme el tratamiento me aseguraron que tenía efectos permanentes.... A mí tercer sesión EN DONDE que externé la inconformidad, la asistente, (que por cierto no tiene ningún conocimiento médico), me dice que me tengo que estar realizando sesiones cada 6 meses ya que los "BENEFICIOS" (que no hubo) son temporales.
Bad experience, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY, GO TO A REAL DERMATOLOGICAL CLINIC....I specifically asked for an appointment with Dr. Rafael and he never attended me, his only solution for all your dermatological problems is the laser, which also to sell me the treatment they assured me that it had permanent effects.... At my third session WHERE I expressed my disagreement, the assistant, (who by the way has no medical knowledge), told me that I have to be doing sessions every 6 months since the "BENEFITS" (which were not) are temporary.

Mi esposa acudió a una cita donde la solución a sus problemas EL Dr. (Que no fue para el que sacamos cita) solo era el Laser, ningún medicamento, expediente del paciente, antecedentes, etc....
Al creer en sus sugerencias mi esposa en ese mismo momento recibió su primer sesión en el rostro, NEGLIGENCIA debido a que al mismo cuarto entramos mi bebe de meses y yo, a mi esposa ni siquiera le pusieron protección en los ojos.....
Nosotros confiamos y además de no tener los resultados esperados, se puso en riesgo la salud de nuestro hijo.
HASTA LA TERCER SESIÓN, UNA "DRA." QUE NOS PROHIBIÓ LA ENTRADA Y NOS EXPLICO EL PORQUE, LO ENTENDIMOS.... ESO NO DEBIÓ PASAR...
CERO PROFESIONALES, DAN CITAS Foráneos EN LUGARES QUE PARECEN CLANDESTINOS, Pésima EXPERIENCIA

My wife went to an appointment where the solution to her problems The Dr. (who was not the one we made an appointment for) was only the Laser, no medication, patient file, history, etc....
Believing in your suggestions, my wife at that very moment received her first session on her face, NEGLIGENCE because my month-old baby and I entered the same room, my wife did not even have eye protection.....
We trust and in addition to not having the expected results, our son's health was put at risk.
UNTIL THE THIRD SESSION, A "DRA." THAT HE PROHIBITED US FROM ENTRY AND HE EXPLAINED US WHY, WE UNDERSTOOD.... THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED...
ZERO PROFESSIONALS, GIVE FOREIGN APPOINTMENTS IN PLACES THAT SEEM CLANDESTINE, AWFUL EXPERIENCE
