Y sucedió algo parecido nuevamente En recepción la chica, me grito frente a más pacientes, por preguntar si me estaba dando bien el producto que compre ya que tienen sus productos especiales hechos por la Dra. y todos son iguales (las embaces) Con el tratamiento no fue lo que esperaba ya que iba por un tratamiento específicos y termine con otras cosas que no tenia, di 4 citas más por que todo tratamiento lleva su tiempo y proceso y cada vez gastaba más y empeoraba, decidí suspender y cambiarme Me quedo muy triste ya que el trato me hicieron sentir muy mal personalmente y físicamente. And something similar happened again At the reception, the girl yelled at me in front of more patients, for asking if the product I bought was giving me the right way, since they have their special products made by Dr. and they are all the same (the pregnancies) With the treatment it was not what I expected since I was going for a specific treatment and I finished with other things that I did not have, I gave 4 more appointments because every treatment takes time and process and every time I was spending more and getting worse, I decided to suspend and change I am very sad because the treatment made me feel very bad personally and physically.

La dra amable en su consulta, aunque apresurada y qué decir de la tendera de la farmacia, parece que te regalará el medicamento y le urge hacer su corte, te regaña por el horario de servicio cuando lo desconoces y te dan la cita justo a su hora de cierre (no es culpa del paciente, evidentemente). Lamentablemente a pesar de seguir las indicaciones del tratamiento, no tuve buenos resultados con mi problema. Igual muchas gracias. Hay que mejorar terriblemente en el servicio al cliente, por favor. Terrible service from the entire team.
