★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivo en Tucson, Arizona y desde Tucson voy a nogales ESPECÍFICAMENTE a la cita con el dermatólogo como para llegar y que me digan que no tienen mi información en el sistema y que el doctor canceló esa fecha y no son para mandarme un mensaje diciéndome que no podrán atenderme ese día y me tengo que enterar hasta yo llegar a la cita que según tenía agendada. Se les hace muy fácil jugar con el tiempo y dinero de las personas. Espero puedan resolver esos problemas que tengan y ser más responsables con sus pacientes.
I live in Tucson, Arizona and from Tucson I go to nogales SPECIFICALLY to the appointment with the dermatologist to arrive and be told that they do not have my information in the system and that the doctor canceled that date and they are not to send me a message saying that they do not They will be able to attend me that day and I have to find out until I get to the appointment that I had scheduled. Excellent service, they are really prepared doctors, the waiting time is favorable, they schedule your appointments so you don't have to wait, the treatment of the patient is most pleasant. Especially the reception staff, they treat you well from your entrance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attempted three times to make an appointment. The gal on the phone could not give me any information as to what type of services they offered. When asked if they had any promotions or packages she had no clue what I was asking.
The second time I called the same receptionist wanted to book me an appointment without knowing what type of service I was requesting.
Third call was the charm. She answered the phone and without a word left me hanging and then hung up the phone without a “please hold” or anything.
Sorry Derma Clinic. If this is the experience just trying to set an appointment, I can only imagine the type of service I will receive. It’s unfortunate because I was trying to set appointments for 3 people. I’ll just look for another place.
