I had a very bad experience at the Playa del Carmen branch. They charged me for a service that I didn't ask for, I ended up paying double what they had told me. The receptionist does not know or do accounts, does not know the information of the services or anything. In truth I was very disappointed and the worst thing is that I have not seen any results after the sessions I have done. They should train their team better.

Personally: this is my experience I go to my section 9, if I saw changes from section 1, but I never stop having hair, and to this day I have too much hair :c

I went to 4 sessions, the first one is attended by the professional and then always different girls who are clearly not trained, the music is terrible and loud, the gel and brush they use gives me the impression that it is for all those who attend, I did not see results !!! I switched to skin, I pay half for a top quality service

I do not recommend it, for a year I attended the first sessions, the change was noticeable, I only missed a month but I never missed the next ones. When I arrived for the first time, I asked how many sessions there would be, to which they responded that it depended on each person, but by far 12 ok. I saw the same amount of hair but thinner. I finished my 12 sessions and decided not to go anymore, not because I was 100% hairless, but I thought that's how it would look. After two months without surprise, the hair returned as it started and they told me thousands of things. I went to an evaluation that was not charged to me, but the next one if they wanted to charge me, which I refused. Why then while you go and pay you don't have hair you stop going and it appears? The girl told me that there were very few sessions that it is in two years that it shows ? incredible what she told me. Whenever they asked for the advance payment, it was given if not they did not schedule you and the next few times there was doubt about my advance payment to what I showed my notes just like that they stopped bothering a lot of change of personnel that in the end has no idea and one to the other throws the ball.
