Los que si conocemos el trabajo y dedicación del equipo DIP somos más y lo avalamos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola, agradezco muchos las opiniones vertidas aquí, a mi en lo particular me alertaron sobre los servicios de dermatología, por ejemplo uno de ustedes mencionaba algo de las agendas llenas, y si efectivamente es una estrategia de marketing, muy cuestionable,, justamente te venden este hecho de la agenda llena, para cobrar más o presionar para que incluso les pagues por adelantado, es decir sin dar el servicio. Y agradezco dato sobre malos manejos. Con respecto a este consultorio, se maneja lo mismo, hasta de tratarte mal de que sino pagas por adelantado no te atiende, es un tipo de extorsión.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Agendé la cita desde hace mes y medio. Llame para que me recordaran qué día la tenía. No me supieron decir y quedaron de hablarme. No me llamaron y tuve que volver a hablar dos días después. Me dijeron que x error no me agrandaron. Me volvieron a dar cita para hoy. Me llamaron el fin de semana pasado para decirme que mi cita había cambiado. Les dije que yo no podría cambiarla. Me la respetaron y me dijeron que me llamaban un día antes para darme los datos de la transferencia. Hablo hoy x q no recibí llamada y me dicen que me estuvieron llamando ayer y no entró la llamada, raro, siempre entran las llamadas. Me dicen que me la van a cambiar para mañana. Por supuesto ya no acepté. De verdad que qué falta de seriedad. Me hicieron perder mes y medio y aunque el dr sea muy bueno, con un servicio así de pésimo nomás no se puede.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saqué mi cita por recomendaciones de amigos y porque si googleas ¨DErmatologx en pachuca¨es de las primeras opciones, esto lo hice en el mes de septiembre del 2021 y me la dieron para el 10 diciembre. Unos cuantos días antes de la cita me llamaron para cambiármela porque el derma se iba de vacaciones y me comentaron que me la darían para el 27 de diciembre... sigo sin recibir la llamada para mi cita.
