★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El Dr. Magaña ha sido mi dermatólogo casi casi de toda la vida. En general ha estado bien, pero si debo de decir que no tiene otra solución para los granos de la cara que Neotrex... y receta y receta Neotrex.... sin especificar lo dañino que es para el hígado. Y tiene a una recepcionista neurótica que le falta trato con los pacientes.
Pero bueno mi reseña no es sobre eso, si no que en enero de este año acudí a que me hicieran depilación con luz pulsada en la cara ya que les tenia confianza. Para no hacerla larga ME QUEMARON TODA LA CARA, disque muy profesional y en la primera sesión me rostizaron la cara, como verán en las fotos. Lo peor de todo es que llegue a quejarme y el doctor lo primero que hizo fue justificar todo, NI UNA DISCULPA, me recetó una crema que no me ayudo en nada, tuve que regresar con mi mamá para que me tomaran en serio?! Me recetó una crema para las manchas que me dejo las quemadas. TODAVIA cínicos que me cobraron la sesión de IPL aun sabiendo que iba a amanecer con la cara toda achicharrada. Fue una actitud orgullosa, prepotente, y CERO EMPATICA ante lo que me hicieron. Ojalá con esta reseña se salven caras de ser quemadas como la mía. Saludos.

But well my review is not about that, but in January of this year I went to have my hair done with a pulsed light on my face since I had confidence in them. Not to make it long I BURNED THE WHOLE FACE, I was very professional and in the first session they roasted my face, as you will see in the photos. The worst of all is that I complain and the doctor the first thing he did was justify everything, NOR AN APOLOGY, he prescribed a cream that did not help me at all, I had to go back with my mom to be taken seriously ?! He prescribed a cream for the spots that I left burned. STILL cynics who charged me the IPL session even knowing that I was going to wake up with my face all scorched. It was a proud attitude, arrogant, and ZERO EMPATHY before what they did to me. Hopefully this review will save faces from being burned like mine. Greetings.

El personal que labora en ese sitio es pésimo y poco profesional, sin nada de trato amable hacia los clientes, el doctor no se queda atrás: no da recomendaciones ni te resuelve tus dudas, al parecer sólo lo hace por el dinero, poco le importan los pacientes. No entregan los estudios a tiempo, el doctor se va de viaje sin firmar los estudios y no tienen ni la decencia de avisar a los clientes, no dan respuesta ni soluciones!!! No lo recomiendo, busquen otro lugar
Terrible service!!!! The staff that works in this place is terrible and unprofessional, without any kind treatment towards clients, the doctor is not far behind: he does not give recommendations or answer your questions, apparently he only does it for the money, they do not matter much to him the patients. They do not deliver the studies on time, the doctor goes on a trip without signing the studies and they do not even have the decency to notify clients, they do not give answers or solutions !!! I do not recommend it, find another place
