I went to the Dermatologist Edna after having gone to consult with the Dermatologist Jorge Barradas, in which his treatment had not helped me, nor did he follow up on me and the discomfort persisted, in both cases they diagnosed that I had scabiasis. The Dermatologist Edna prescribed me the same thing that the dermatologist Jorge Barradas prescribed me, but from her own pharmacy and arguing that her products were sealed, because she places the orders herself in a pharmacy outside of Xalapa; which were a cream, which I had already bought, called "lipikar baume" and another cream with sulfur. She argued that the cool cream with sulfur bought at the pharmacy in El Arbol was poorly prepared and that it had not worked since the product comes open, and that her product, when sealed, was better. It seems unethical to me that they want to sell you a product from their own pharmacy, and/or brand, which you already have but in another brand. When I went to the pharmacy that is in the same place, I told the lady who attended that I was only going to buy the cream with sulfur, since the other cream that she prescribed me, which was to moisturize, already had it in another brand, and While attending to me, the lady began to talk to me about the life of a lady who was in the waiting room and was going to spend time with the dermatologist Edna, she mentioned that although she was a psychiatric patient, the dermatologist Edna attended her and she began to talk to me about personal life of the woman who attends, which seemed unprofessional and in bad taste, to which I decided to cut it off and withdraw. After a month I got my appointment with the IMSS dermatologist, so I decided not to use the cream with sulfur that Edna sold me, and wait for another diagnosis, because I already had very damaged skin, at the end of the month in which I had to travel to the city of Veracruz, where the dermatologist who treated me said that Edna "went too far" by prescribing me two products that she already had, and prescribing me a very aggressive product for the skin such as sulfur, when there are better remedies, he said it here both for Jorge Barradas and for Edna. She told me that she no longer had scabies, that my symptoms were only from the discomfort I had left behind, and after months I can say that her diagnosis was correct, I no longer had anything, only discomfort. In conclusion, I am left with the experience that the dermatologist Edna did not give me a correct diagnosis and only wanted to sell me her products.
