CONSIDERO QUE EL HOSPITAL NO COBRA $5 COMO PARA QUE LA ATENCION DEL PERSONAL DEL SERVICIO SE TAN MALA Y DEPLORABLE. Para empezar me atendieron hasta las 10:40 y eso porque estuve preguntando en recepción que si la doctora tenía otro paciente. Resulta que el paciente anterior llegó tarde por lo cual se desfaso mi cita. La doctora yessenia Sánchez vela me "reviso" aproximadamente entre 10 y 15 minutos, me dio medicamento y unos estudios.. Ella me dijo que tardaria en revisarlos.. Yo supuse porque se cruzó semana santa. Aún así al día siguiente me hice los estudios y se los mandé por correo. Al día de hoy no ha revisado los resultados... Yo la veo que publica post e historias en instagram.. Le comente que ya le había mandado los estudios pero solo me dio el avión. Tuve que ir con un médico general a que me revisara los estudios y me detectaron una infección en vías urinarias.. Si hubiera esperado hasta que la doctora yessenia Sánchez vela me viera a lo mejor la infección seguía avanzando. Yo no entiendo como pueden decir que aman su carrera, si no tienen la más mínima empatia por el cliente.. Más que mi situación no es por estética, sino por salud.
