★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to Dermedica before in Polanco and had a good experience, but it was many problems with this location. First they told me to come when the doctor was not in, I came waited a half hour then was told to leave. Then today I was able to go when the doctor was there. I was quoted 3000 pesos, which is fine but last time was only 2500 pesos. After the appointment, she charged me 6500 pesos! This is double what it would have cost me in Canada, absolutely outrageous. When I brought it up to the lady at the front desk she said it’s because they used more but I only asked for little. I think they took advantage of me because I am a tourist. Will be disputing this with visa.
