★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es muy lindo, las recepcionistas amables. Fui a consulta con el Dr Javier y lo sentí súper distante apenas y me escuchó, ni se acercó a verificar mi problema. Creo que ya solo deberia dedicarse al instagram.
 The place is very nice, the receptionists are friendly. I went to consult with Dr. Javier and I felt he was super distant and he barely listened to me, nor did he come close to verify my problem. I think he should only dedicate himself to instagram.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peedi mi cita por qué me perdi estuve marcando a los números de atención para avisar pero no me contestaron llegué y me dijeron que pues tenían muchas consultas y pacientes así que si quería otra cita agendará de nuevo ... Pregunté si ningún médico podía atenderme por qué me urgía y me dijeron haga cita de nuevo ... Me siento decepcionada
I requested my appointment, why did I get lost? I was dialing the attention numbers to notify me but they did not answer, I arrived and they told me that they had many consultations and patients so if I wanted another appointment, I would schedule again ... I asked if no doctor could attend me for what urged me and they told me to make an appointment again ... I feel disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención! El doctor Javier es el mejor dermatólogo de CDMX y un gran ser humano, se preocupa por sus pacientes y siempre da lo mejor de él, se los recomiendo mucho ?? ??? venga por su cita.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una clínica que ignora la importancia de la ventilación en tiempos del covid. Cero ventilación y llenan la sala de espera. Recepcionistas que se quitan el cubrebocas. Qué alguien les explique A LOS DOCTORES que la ventilación sirve muchísimo más que un tapete puerco.
A clinic that ignores the importance of ventilation in times of covid. Zero ventilation and they fill the waiting room. Receptionists taking off their masks. Someone explain TO THE DOCTORS that ventilation is much more useful than a pig rug.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Van tres veces que asisto a consulta , siempre me hacen esperar más de 1 hora.
¿Para que agendar cita en un horario determinado y no respetar esto? El tiempo de los pacientes vale.
They go three times that I attend the consultation, they always make me wait more than 1 hour.
Why schedule an appointment at a certain time and not respect this? Patients' time is worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los doctores son muy profesionales. Los calificó mal por qué sus recepcionistas son de lo peor. Son súper despotas y parece que te hacen un favor, nada que ver con la atención de los médicos.
The doctors are very professional. You rated them poorly because their receptionists are the worst. They are super despots and it seems that they are doing you a favor, nothing to do with the attention of the doctors.

Dr Ruiz did Botox....the best I have ever had!
He definitely knows what he is doing!
Dr Liliana then did filler.....with excellent results!
