★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and professional office. My appointment was right on time. I saw Dra. Ana for an initial visit. She reviewed my history and then did a thorough exam of my skin (she even had me take off my socks!) before treating the few AK's I had. I'll see her again in 6 months. All for $1000 pesos, waaaay less than I was paying my dermatologist in the US.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for a routine skin check for cancer. I have a history of skin cancers and have been seeing dermatologists for years, both in Mexico and the US. The doctor had me disrobe in front of her and a colleague, then ly back completely uncovered in the exam chair. I was not covered, as is the norm EVERYWHERE, by a paper sheet. Her skin check was cursory, skipping several areas that are always checked like the back of the neck, toes and scalp. She did not ask me about my history.
I made an appointment here because I was assured that the doctor was MOHS certified, an important consideration for someone with a history of skin cancer. She was not. Probably confusion by the receptionist, so not a big deal.
The staff was well masked and I was able to wait outside in the shade, which are the only positive comments I have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very organised easy to make an appointment in the staff do speak English to an extent. calls to remind you of your appointment is much appreciated. Ana Crocker is the only doctor I have seen there. She is extremely competent is very quick for any procedures and uses good judgement. Any home care instructions she gives out are very thorough and readable. I will return as needed.
