★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un abuso, es una clínica irresponsable igual que el dermatologo que te atiende, una irresponsabilidad y falta de ética, te citan a una hora y te atiende 4 horas después que falta de conciencia, como si nuestro tiempo no valiera, esta como para demandarlos, lo peor de lo peor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comparación de otros sitios, dónde los tratamientos son iguales, pero aquí son mucho muy caros (les recomiendo revisar y buscar bien todas las opciones), además de que, el manejo que tienen de su agenda es lo que sigue de fatal!!! te citan 15 min. antes de la hora que te dan para tu consulta, siendo que el Dr. te verá 3 o más horas después de la hora que te dijeron!!!
El Dr. al parecer, es muy bueno, ojalá lo pueda ser en todos los aspectos del servicio que presta y mejorarlo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este Dr. Es un irresponsable, empieza sus citas desde las 8am pero el no llega hasta las 11. Cuando hablas a reservar tu cita nunca te mencionan la espera de 3 horas con todo y cita. Cuando llegas la recepcionista te deja saber de esto. Cuando tú le preguntas que porque, dice que porque el Dr. siempre llega tarde como entre 10:30 y 11. Aparte es muy mal educada y en vez de pedir algún tipo de disculpa por este inconveniente es indiferente. El Dr talvez podrá ser bueno en su profesión pero es una persona que no valora el tiempo de los demás y esto no es de una persona profesional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es increíble que llegas y tardas un rato para darte cuenta que todos los que están ahí esperando son con el mismo doctor Galván, descaradamente la recepcionista te dice que el llegará tres horas después, será muy bueno pero el doctor tiene mentalidad retrógrada, falta de ética y profesionalismo, se cree un ser especial y que sus pacientes tienen que esperar porque a él le place llegar tarde y ver que la gente lo espera, eso es narcisismo y le recomiendo que visite a un psicoanalista para que lo trate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FATAL!!! haces cita pero no sirve de nada. Tenia mi cita a las 6.30 llegue 5 min antes y a las 7pm no habían pasado a la cita de las 5pm. Y todavía la recepcionista te dice que así es el doctor y que así se manejaba siempre, que el tiempo de espera es de 2-4 horas. Y que antes de mi habían 4 personas esperando y era solo 1 doctor. No es justo que el doctor no respete el tiempo de los demás ni que fuera el único dermatólogo en el mundo.
