It is private, however the project is not finished. At the entrance a commercial area had to be built and for 4 years there is still a motor-forming and waste of the constructions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si la SSP del municipio y el estado garantizarán mayor seguridad, sería una zona por demás excelente para vivir. Los servicios llegan a fallar pero aún son a costos accesibles, por lo que se recibe. En unos años tal vez, se convierta en un foco rojo de sobrepoblación y falta de servicios.
If the municipality's SSP and the state will guarantee greater security, it would be an excellent area to live for. The services fail but they are still at affordable costs, so it is received. In a few years, it may become a red focus of overpopulation and lack of services.
