DESARROLLO TURISTICO - 62738 Oaxtepec

El servicio bastante bueno, y nos dieron la opción de quedarnos en una villa que estaban remodelando, por lo mismo no me puedo quejar de las instalaciones ya que se nos advirtió. Espero regresar a una villa ya remodelada por completo para saber si sus instalaciones son tan buenas como su atención al cliente

No tenía agua caliente la villa que me dieron, la alberca olía bastante a cloro y estaba helada, el lugar en sí está super descuidado

No respetan las revelaciones aún llamando y preguntando si ya estaba segura la resevacion sin el deposito y me contesto la secretaria que cuando llegara pagaba y mi habitación estaba segura su camino para llegar esta horrible ya secretaria mala presentación y muy déspota y el dueño igual déspota y yo avise que llegaba tarde y la secretaria me dijo que todo esta en orden y me dejó si agitación y no me resolvió nada y al final dijo que no les correspondia buscar un lugar no lo recomiendo es fatal tan lejos y con esas respuestas tan malas si tan solo se tomarán la molestia de llamar para confirmar que mi renovación no es válida ya no me to.aria la.molestia de llegar a su hotel simplemente se deslindaron de la resevacion y que sus habitaciones las entregan como llega la gente entonces para mi es una falta de ética por parte del personal del hotel incluso del dueño su respuesta fue déspota

Pues hoy llegamos de allá muy bueno muy buen trato Tando de la señorita de recepción como del personal Solo falta de presión en el agua caliente pero todo muy bien me agrado bastante, si regresaría allá Obviamente como está en un pueblo hay arañas hormigas pero todo muy bien muy limpio Muchos se quejan por los insectos pero no se dan cuenta que están en un pueblo todo me gustó y más que a mí me gusta lo rural 10/10

This hotel is hidden off a main road. It is literally a 3-5 minute drive from the Oaxtepec bus terminal in Morelos, Mexico. Picture below shows dirt road taxis use to reach hotel. Pics of outer front area of hotel. There is another hotel right before this one with cabanas. To the side of this hotel is a beautiful river. Opposite are farmlands and small houses. We had a room with 2 King size beds, 1 bathroom. The bed itself was comfortable but no real bedsheets were used. Just 2 regular flat sheets and a blanket. The TV has no cable/sky service. Just local channels. There is free Wifi. The window has no curtain. The bathroom we had was clogged when we used it and mgr came to unclog it. They do provide towels, soap, and bathroom tissue. Better to bring your own. The remote control is also provided by front desk. You are required to leave a small deposit at the tiime of payment. We paid in pesos, but they do accept cc's. There were 2 small garbage pails in bathroom, but no garbage bags were used. If you stay more than a day, housekeeeper does clean up room for you. What else? It is very quiet. I slept like a rock and woke up to sounds of beautiful birds. There are no vending machines, but they do have a fridge that sells cold sodas. There is a restaurant. The food is ok. My reservations provided us with 2 breakfast meals, i stayed for 2 nights. The host will tell you what is included with meals, but you can always order anything off menu, if available, and pay the extra price. Front desk very amicable. They do padlock their front gates for security. There are also 2 pools; 1 small, 1 large. I did not use them. If the owner would shell out more money to provide better amenities, this place would get a higher rating. Please note there are lots of tiny ants in room and surrounding hotel areas.
