Hay unos mecánicos que no cuentan con el permiso de suelo,y no cumplen con las normas que establecen para los talleres mecánicos, y desde Marzo del 2016 se han mandado los escritos para la verificación y supuestamente en 15 días el mecánico tenía que tener su permiso, y no lo tiene, y de vuelta se mandaron los escritos y lo mismo, 15 días para que saque el permiso. Quedaron en que si en 15 días no se regularizaban los iban a clausurar, y ya va 1 mes de eso, y nada. Durante 9 meses hemos estado mandando escritos y siempre con su pretexto de que necesitan darle tiempo para que se regularice, no sirven para nada los de Desarrollo Humano.
They do nothing about it in matters, in my Col. There are some mechanics who do not have the ground permit, and do not comply with the standards established for the mechanical workshops, and since March 2016 the writings for the Verification and supposedly in 15 days the mechanic had to have his permission, and he does not have it, and back they sent the writings and the same, 15 days for him to take the permit. They agreed that if they were not regularized in 15 days, they were going to be closed, and that is already 1 month of that, and nothing. For 9 months we have been sending writings and always on the pretext that they need to give them time to regularize, those of Human Development are useless.

Cuando quieres pedir información solo te dan un número telefónico y correo que porsupuesto nadie contesta.
Terrible treatment of people and never, but never have people who report. And if they do it is always in a bad way.
When you want to ask for information, they only give you a phone number and email that of course no one answers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quise hacer tramite de alineamiento y numero oficial, aunque tienen la opcion de realizar el tramite completamente en linea opte por ir a las instalaciones para despejar cualquier duda, me fueron cotejados mis documentos me dijeron que estaban correctos y me apoyaron en escanearlos y generarme un folio en su misma plataforma en linea, al dia siguiente se me contacta para decirme que estaban mal uno de los documentos lo reenvío y me contestan una semana despues para decirme específicamente en que estaba mal, respondí el mismo dia y me dijeron que ya habian pasado los dias que debe durar el proceso y me dijeron que tenia que hacer nuevamente todo desde el principio, al dia siguiente volví a ir a sus instalaciones y como de costumbre me atendieron muy amablemente y me dijeron que en efecto se habian equivocado que una disculpa y que volviera a efectuar el tramite, son personal muy servicial la gente del modulo de informacion pero en general parece que les falta capacitación y aunque es sencillo el uso de su plataforma no sirve de mucho cuando su comunicacion es tan lenta y poco efectiva.
