★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's always a pleasure. I'm from California and in all sincerity this place is the place for all tourists who want a taste of authentic pleasures of what a Mexican breakfast should be like. No other place like this in the U.S or Guadalajara. The cheese is made on a daily basis so you get the authenticity of Mexican cheese. It's inexpensive and delicious. I could of wrote the review in Spanish but this is more for the outside tourists that want a taste of this country and state. Enjoy!
