M	Man machuca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, de verdad no recomiendo para nada a esta empresa, no contestan los mensajes , tienen un pésimo servicio al cliente , la primera vez me cotizaron el envío super mal, al final tube que pagar mas de 1000 en envio por un error de ellos, quise darles una segunda oportunidad y haciendo otro pedido y de igual forma con errores de envío y pésimo servicio al no dar una solución e ignorar mis mensajes , definitivamente no recomiendo esta empresa!!! Very bad service, I really do not recommend this company at all, they do not answer the messages, they have a lousy customer service, the first time they quoted me the super bad shipping, in the end I had to pay more than 1000 for shipping due to an error of theirs , I wanted to give them a second chance and making another order and in the same way with shipping errors and terrible service by not giving a solution and ignoring my messages, I definitely do not recommend this company !!!

No ponen atención a lo que les pides y terminan enviantote lo que se les da la gana, te dicen una fecha de entrega y demoran hasta 1 mes más después de la fecha prometida, sus errores casi siempre nos cuestan más dinero a los clientes!!! LOVELY CUSTOMER SERVICE! They do not pay attention to what you ask them and they end up sending you whatever they want, they tell you a delivery date and take up to 1 month after the promised date, their mistakes almost always cost customers more money! !
