★ ★ ★ ★ ★ yo compré casa y me arrepiento, ya que tardan demasiado en entregarla, una vez que la entregan tienen infinidad de detalles que hasta el día de hoy después de 7 meses no han corrgido.
problemas graves de basura (la queman), muy seguido no hay agua, no existe seguridad y demasiada humedad en tiempos de lluvia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me arrepiento enormemente de comprar la casa en este lugar, uno busca el patrimonio para su familia, y solo emos recibido burlas y defectos, el trato a sido de lo peor, promesas sin cumplir, días límite para entregar que no se cumplen, trato muy malo por parte del Arquitecto en Jefe, me prometieron una casa construida con cierto material y mi sorpresa fue que usaron uno más barato y hasta el momento no han arreglado nada, "solucionan una cosa" y salen 3 más.
El lugar a sido de lo peor, todos los vecinos estamos muy inconformes con todo lo que estamos viviendo, la seguridad es de lo peor, los espacios. Aún no terminan de entregar las casas que ya estamos habitando y ya están vendiendo otras.
No crean los comentarios buenos y de 5 estrellas, porque a sido todo lo contrario.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen día, está constructora no cumple, yo adquirí mi casa y tardaron 2 meses en entregármela, la entregaron con infinidad de detalles, los cuales 10 meses después aún no corrigen.
Seguido no hay agua, la basura la queman aun lado de la privada y lo más importante no hay seguridad.
Si van a comprar casa les recomiendo busquen en otro lado yo me arrepiento de haber comprado está casa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me entregaron la casa hace casi cuatro meses sin impermeabilizar. Las casas tienen muchos detalles, no son formales en cuanto a la entrega ni para atender las garantías. No recomiendo de ninguna manera el fraccionamiento.
