Honestly a bad first experience, I made my reservation for a lomi lomi massage and foot reflexology, at Miguel Ángel de Quevedo branch. When I arrived on the day of my massage, a companion wanted to take a massage and I asked early if they had available, they said yes. My appointment was at noon, when I almost arrived at the place (10 min before) they called me to tell me that they had a problem and that if I could go to the Barranca branch, I understand that there are problems, so there was no problem for me. Here the inconvenience and the disagreement is that when we arrived for the massages I asked if my companion could take the foot massage too, of course if it was available and they told me that for neither of the two, when I had done mine the day before and with the I promise that I would check it out and coordinate times, take my body massage. The receptionist simply told me that an apology but that there was no space, all when I had already taken the first massage and without leaving me a choice or any arrangement, she told me that my service was terminated. I think that if I kindly took the option of changing the branch at the last minute, the most considerate thing is that they tell me that they are not going to give me my full service and that they give me some other option, but nothing, very rude. As well as the massages in general they are not bad, but they were like a race, with a not respected music environment, since lomi lomi has its own atmosphere and the extremely cold cabin. I was honestly hoping for more and it was not relaxing at all. I do not think that all the services, nor all the branches are the same, but unfortunately I had this unpleasant experience.
