★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En este lugar no se respeta la puntualidad. Hice 3 citas para el día de hoy (11/20/20) hace casi ya 2 semanas para 10am a 1pm y resulta que el Dr. tiene consultas alas 12:30pm. Nos atendió 2 citas y me pide que si regreso a la 1:30pm para atender la 3ra cita y yo entendí y estuve de acuerdo sin problema. Regrese para esperar afuera de su consultorio por más de 45 minutos de la hora a la que habíamos acordado. Me regrese y me marca a las 2:36pm sin ninguna disculpa y diciendo que los empastes no se tardan nada y que se quería regresar o volver a agendar otra cita. Se me hace una falta de respeto muy grande no respetar el tiempo de los demás y no ser capaz de disculparse cuando uno mete la pata.
Punctuality is not respected in this place. I made 3 appointments for today (11/20/20) almost 2 weeks ago for 10am to 1pm and it turns out that the Dr. has consultations at 12:30 pm. He attended us 2 appointments and asks me if I return at 1:30 pm to attend the 3rd appointment and I understood and agreed without problem. Come back to wait outside your office for more than 45 minutes from the agreed time. I came back and dialed at 2:36 pm without any apology and saying that the fillings do not take long and that they wanted to return or reschedule another appointment. It makes me very disrespectful not to respect the time of others and not being able to apologize when you screw up.
