★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO COMPREN EN DESPEGAR.COM SON UNOS MENTIROSOS Y RATEROS!!! Me dieron la opcion de cancelar mi vuelo y regresarme mi dinero integro y obvio acepte, hasta me llego in email con la cantidad que recibiria y ahora revise la cuenta de despegar y decubri un email de hace mil años que no estaba anteriormente donde dice que analizaron la situacion y bye con mo dinero JAJAJA que sinicos!! Ahora yo sin boletos y sin dinero. Ojala quiebre la compañia por lo del covid se lo merecen por hacerle lo mismo a miles de personas en otros reviews que lei en TripAdvisor. Compren directo con los hoteles o aerolineas creanme sino quieren ser estafados.
 DO NOT BUY IN DESPEGAR.COM THEY ARE LIARS AND RATERAL !!! They gave me the option to cancel my flight and return my full money and obviously I accepted, I even got an email with the amount I would receive and now I checked the takeoff account and discovered an email from a thousand years ago that was not previously where it says they analyzed the situation and bye with my money HAHAHA that sinicos! Now me without tickets and without money. Hopefully the company breaks because of the covid they deserve it for doing the same to thousands of people in other reviews that I read on TripAdvisor. Buy directly with the hotels or airlines believe me but you want to be scammed.
