No acabala el desponchado y aún así hicieron el trabajo...y luego me checaron el aire de todas las llantas y las limpiaron llanta y rin...me dejaron con el ojo cuadrado

The stripping did not finish and they still did the job...and then they checked the air in all the tires and cleaned the tire and rim...they left me with a square eye

He obtenido 3 veces el servicio con ellos.
1) el primero aparentemente muy buen servicio, al día siguiente se me salió la copa de la llanta en pleno tráfico por qué no la pusieron bien y provoqué accidentes a causa de eso.
2)la segunda vez, Desponchado a domicilio carísimo, estoy muy cerca de ellos (2 min) y por un desponchado me cobraron casi $300 pesos, solo le taparon un orificio pequeño. Y muy grosero la persona que me atendió!
3) tercera vez, me cobraron $150 pesos por un parche, el cual estuve de acuerdo en pagarlo por que requería salir del apuro, fue a las 8pm y al día siguiente me quedé varada por que el parche no funcionó!
Si me hubieran dicho qué tal vez no funcionaba no tendría problema en comprar otra llanta, pero ofrecen mal servicio y solo les interesa generar dinero.
Deberían estar consientes que expone la vida de las personas por errores tan mínimos.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
I have obtained 3 times the service with them.
1) the first apparently very good service, the next day the cup of the tire came out in the middle of traffic because they did not put it on correctly and I caused accidents because of that.
2) the second time, very expensive home delivery, I am very close to them (2 min) and for a removal they charged me almost $300 pesos, they only covered a small hole. And very rude the person who attended me!
3) third time, they charged me $150 pesos for a patch, which I agreed to pay because it required me to get out of trouble, it was at 8pm and the next day I was stranded because the patch didn't work!
If they had told me what might not work, I would have no problem buying another tire, but they offer poor service and are only interested in making money.
They should be aware that it exposes people's lives for such minimal mistakes.
Very bad service!
