★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buenos precios, puedes encontrar azulejos diferentes a los que todo el mundo maneja. Buen tiempo de entrega, pq la mayoría de los lugares en CDMX no tienen inventario, solo sala de exhibición y sus bodegas son hasta fuera de la ciudad, o directamente a planta con el fabricante, así que las entregas tardan hasta 15 días.
Aquí hoy compré y el lunes me entregan.
La atención fue excelente.
Very good prices, you can find different tiles to the ones that everyone handles. Good delivery time, since most places in CDMX do not have inventory, only the showroom and their warehouses are even out of town, or directly to the plant with the manufacturer, so deliveries take up to 15 days.
Here I bought today and on Monday they deliver me.

Te dicen que tienen la mercancía disponible con tal de vender, te dan una fecha de entrega y cuando se acerca, te llaman para decirte que no te entregarán ese día pues según ellos tuvieron un contratiempo. No solo me dijeron eso, también me informaron que no me iban a entregar todo lo que pedí debido a que muchas de las piezas estaban rotas! Así que tengo que esperar 2 semanas más a que lleguen y para colmo! Tengo que ser yo quien vaya por ellas a la tienda
Los vendedores son tramposos, la tienda no es honesta y no cumplen con fechas y tampoco tienen producto en stock. Tengan mucho cuidado!! No compren ahí, tampoco hacen devoluciones y como ya tienen tu dinero pues les vale!! Horrible servicio, pésima tienda.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this store at all. They tell you that they have the merchandise available in order to sell, they give you a delivery date and when it gets closer, they call you to tell you that they will not deliver that day because according to them they had a setback. Not only did they tell me that, they also informed me that they would not deliver everything I asked for because many of the pieces were broken! So I have to wait 2 more weeks for them to arrive and to top it off! I have to be the one who goes for them to the store
The sellers are cheats, the store is not honest and they do not meet deadlines and they do not have product in stock either. Be very careful !! Do not buy there, they do not make returns and since they already have your money, it is worth it! Horrible service, lousy store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El vendedor Ramón irresponsable y grosero. No levanta los pedidos y todavía se pone grosero con los clientes. Sin embargo, los otros vendedores atentos y el gerente resuelve las cosas de una u otra manera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, con tal de vender te afirman que tienen el material y te dan un plazo de entrega falso, al llegar el supuesto día de entrega te dicen que esa era la fecha para que les llegara a ellos no al domicilio y el día que "me tenían en ruta" descubrieron que no cabe el material en la camioneta y que no podrán entregar. Y el que te da la información es el chofer y la respuesta del vendedor "yo solo soy el vendedor, pídele más información al gerente si quieres". No recomiendo comprar aquí
