★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio al cliente... nos entregaron la orden mal, y cuando quisimos reclamar se portaron muy groseros y no quisieron ayudar. Lo malo fue que pagamos antes de que nos entregaran la orden. Pagamos más de 3mil pesos por algo que no queríamos!! Ni modo, así se aprende...ahora tendremos que buscar otro lugar que nos haga lo que necesitamos y pagar otra vez
Very bad customer service ... they delivered the order wrong, and when we wanted to complain they were very rude and did not want to help. The downside was that we paid before the order was delivered. We paid more than 3 thousand pesos for something we didn't want !! No way, that's how you learn ... now we will have to find another place that will do what we need and pay again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanto este lugar, las señoras que atienden muy amables y te ofrecen muchas variedades de detallitos, compre unas pantuflas y morralitos para mi evento, hasta ahorita todo bien, cuando me los entreguen doy más opinión.
Actualización: Nos dieron los recuerditos en excelente presentación, exactamente lo que pedimos, además de que la señora que nos atendió fue super amable, muchas gracias!
I love this place, the ladies who serve very kind and offer you many varieties of little details, I bought some slippers and bags for my event, until now everything is fine, when they give them to me I will give them more opinion.
Update: They gave us the souvenirs in excellent presentation, exactly what we asked for, plus the lady who attended us was super friendly, thank you very much!

Envíe una foto de referencia para hacer una orden y me dieron la cotización, a lo que nunca mencionaron que tenían distintos estilos y que el precio variaba dependiendo a eso, me confié ya que les había mandado foto de referencia y me entregaron una cosa diferente a lo que pedí. La señora se excusó diciendo que el precio que me dio era para impresiones con fondo blanco (la foto de referencia era foto transparente), que no podía hacer nada y que yo fui la que me equivoque al mandar las imagenes...
Terrible service. I sent a reference photo to place an order and they gave me the quote, to which they never mentioned that they had different styles and that the price varied depending on that, I trusted myself since I had sent them a reference photo and they gave me something different than what I asked for. The lady excused herself by saying that the price she gave me was for prints with a white background (the reference photo was a transparent photo), that there was nothing I could do and that I was the one who made a mistake when sending the images ...
