PIENSEN 2 VECES ANTES DE COMPRAR AQUI, VEAN TODAS LAS RESEÑAS, ESTA TIENDA ES MUY POCO FORMAL, NO EXPONGAN SU DINERO, A MIS PAPÁS DESDE DICIEMBRE NO LES ENTREGAN SU MERCANCIA DE MAS DE 90 MIL PESOS; AUN CUANDO DE EUROPE NO HA CUMPLIDO NO QUIEREN DEVOLVER EL DINERO Y QUIEREN PENALIZARLOS, ADEMAS QUE NO DAN SOLUCIÓN Y HACEN IR Y VENIR A 2 ADULTOS MAYORES.
NEFASTO EL TRATÓ, ES MUY POCO ETICO LO QUE HACEN.

THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING HERE, SEE ALL THE REVIEWS, THIS STORE IS VERY LITTLE FORMAL, DO NOT EXPOSE YOUR MONEY, SINCE DECEMBER THEY HAVE NOT DELIVERED THEIR MERCHANDISE OF MORE THAN 90 THOUSAND PESOS; EVEN WHEN EUROPE HAS NOT COMPLIED, THEY DO NOT WANT TO RETURN THE MONEY AND WANT TO PENALIZE THEM, FURTHERMORE THEY DO NOT PROVIDE A SOLUTION AND MAKE 2 OLDER ADULTS COME AND GO.
THE TREATMENT IS DISAPPOINTED, WHAT THEY DO IS VERY LITTLE ETHICAL.

No hacen entregas en tiempo, a mis conocidos les deben su sala de más de 90 mil pesos desde diciembre 2021 y ya no les quieren devolver su dinero, quieren penalizarlos aunque no es su culpa.
Es un fraude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El establecimiento no cumple con los tiempos de entrega, cuando pides una explicación te dan fechas "COMPROMISO" de entrega que no se cumplen, además al solicitar mi devolución por su falta de compromiso me quieren penalizar con un tanto % de la compra..... en fin este lugar no es recomendable para compras (Menos 5 estrellas)
The establishment does not comply with the delivery times, when you ask for an explanation they give you "COMMITMENT" dates of delivery that are not met, also when requesting my return due to their lack of commitment they want to penalize me with a percentage of the purchase... .. in short this place is not recommended for shopping (Less 5 stars)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera le doy menos 5 estrellas, piensen 2 veces en comprar algo aquí, los papás de mi esposa consumieron 90 mil pesos entre sala y comedor, y su comedor no se lo entregan desde DICIEMBRE 2021, van a pedir una explicación y les dan fechas de entrega que no se cumplen, solicitamos la devolución y nos quieren penalizar con el 30% cuando es su culpa que no se entreguen los muebles, NO COMPREN AQUI POR FAVOR, QUE NO LES PASE LO MISMO QUE A NOSOTROS y si intentan reclamar les dirán que en la tienda no se pueden hacer responsables porque ellos son solo de ventas, EN FIN PESIMO ESTABLECIMIENTO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cumplen con los tiempos de entrega, llevo 3 meses esperando me entreguen un comedor, y es el día que no pasa, hablo a la sucursal y la única respuesta que tienen es que pasaran un reporte y que se van a comunicar conmigo, cosa que no ha sucedido. No vulevo a comprar aquí y no lo recomiendo.
