Tardaron 4 meses con 2 semanas para entregar mi mueble por partes y cuando fui a la tienda me decían que el seguimiento lo diera yo por teléfono a la CDMX ya que ya ellos se encargaban siendo que yo hice mi pago en una sola exhibición y ni el seguimiento para la entrega lo pudieron hacer, yo tuve que estar marcando, aparte de que quedaron mal en un día que según iba a llegar y solo me dejaron esperando sin avisar que reprogramarian la entrega.
NO LO RECOMIENDO
Terrible service! It took 4 months and 2 weeks to deliver my furniture in parts and when I went to the store they told me that I would follow up by phone to the CDMX since they were already in charge since I made my payment in a single exhibition and not even the They could do a follow-up for the delivery, I had to be checking, apart from the fact that they looked bad on a day that was due to arrive and they only left me waiting without notifying that they would reschedule the delivery.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para coordinar la entrega me piden estar en el domicilio todo el día ya que no son capaces de darme una hora de entrega, me dicen desde CDMX que se entrega entre las 8:00am y las 9:00pm, la mujer que me atendió al teléfono se negó a hacerme entrega en el domicilio dónde las necesito solo porque no podía estar ahí todo el día por ser casa nueva, además de su actitud prepotente y grosera, trabajo gran parte del día y ahora debo dejar un día entero de inactividad para esperar el transporte, el cuál si no llega en la fecha prevista levantaré una queja formal. Gracias espero les sirva para mejorar servicio o capacitar adecuadamente a su personal de atención al cliente ya que deja mucho que desear

Y después llsangronas payasas y arrogantes no respetan los descuentos marcados les arrancan las etiquetas y se hacen las que nada pasó tenían un descuento del 80 que no respetaron y escondieron la etiqueta me vendieron un mueble basura y se excusan con que la hoja de salida decía que el producto está dañado pero no solo era un cajón cuando me lo entregaron ningún cajón servía

Algunas cosas son de catálogo e incluyen flete.
Hay variedad en diseños, tamaños y precios.
En general muy bien la mercancía y excelente atención.
Lo único que no me gustó fue que la tienda no tiene clima/aire acondicionado, algunos detalles en el piso y el techo.
Pero de ahí en más muy bien.
