La atención en tienda en es excelente, la gerente es una gran persona, pero el servicio telefónico es pésimo, el jurídico de la empresa hablo varias veces para amedrentarme diciendo que "si yo quiero, no te entrego tu sala ni tu dinero y hazle como quieras", un tal Lic. Diego. Muy prepotente. Ya antes había comprado muchos muebles ahí, y ahora ya no regreso. Pésimo servicio y atención a clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amigos no compren en este lugar, me lleve una experiencia muy mala en esta tienda.
Al momento de la compra todo muy bien, te atienden bien y te hacen sentir cómodo excepto a unos inconvenientes con la terminal al momento de pagar pero nada fuera de lo común.
Pero te vas a quedar esperando meses a qué llegue tu sala o el mueble que hayas comprado. Te van a hablar cada fin de mes con el pretexto de que no la tienen disponible aún o que no está en existencia. Entonces para que venden algo que no existe o que ya no producen, el chiste que quise cancelar y mandé muchos correos, como no ví algúna respuesta tuve que ir directamente a profeco y levantar la denuncia. Hasta que porfin después de 6 largos meses de audiencias y demás, me devolvieron mi efectivo.
En fin. Se los digo para que lo tengan en cuenta antes de comprar algo ahí.

El problema realmente viene después de comprar ya que el seguimiento a clientes para la entrega como si haces apartado es malisimo, no entiendo para que te venden una membresia "vip" si te van a tratar igual o peor que cualquiera. Mi experiencia con d europe fue pesima
