Esta muebleria en Juriquilla No se las recomiendo, la atención pésima las vendedoras sin educación groseras, compramos un mueble, no era lo que nos mostraron enviaron un mueble con la madera dañada en pésimas condiciones al reclamar comentan que lo pasan a garantía y es mentira, no resuelven el problema mucho menos regresan el dinero, es un FRAUDE revisen en Internet cuantos fraudes cometen a diario .

Pésimo servicio, al ver los comentarios que bueno que no compre nada , la chica que atiende en la sucursal de juriquilla prácticamente me saco por el motivo que ella argumentaba que no tenía pasillos para carriolas ,lo cual se me hizo una estupidez de su parte … pésimo personal y que bueno que no compre nada

Compre 2 sillones el día 26 de diciembre del 2020 y a la fecha no responden, ya estamos en marzo y nada. Me dieron un correo los de México para la cancelación, ya mandé papeles y noresponde que hago y a quien dirigirme

¡¡¡CUIDADO!!! Muy mal, la vendedora me dijo que en 15 días me entregan, el ticket dice 10 tentativo para entrega y sus términos dice y 60 días. Cuando haces el reclamo no te resuelven, te comunicas con alguien de México. NO COMPREN AHÍ.

CUIDADO: Compré un colchón y después de 20 días no lo han entregado. Haces una reclamación y te comunican con alguien de la ciudad de Mexico. El de la tienda de Juriquilla se comprometió a entregarlo en dos semanas. De la ciudad de Mexico no te dan solución y si quieres cancelar un pedido que no han podido dar, te quieren penalizar un 15%. Tengan cuidado al comprar en esta tienda ya que hasta el momento han mostrado poca seriedad, y ahora mis hijos se quedarán en el suelo gracias a esta “mueblería”.

No solamente el servicio es malo, la calidad de los muebles es igual de mala. Compré una sala con taburete, el taburete es de un color diferente, 5 llamadas al momento y cero respuesta, solo dicen que hablarán con el supervisor y devolverán la llamada y nada. Adicional: Peor aún que solo pongan un bot para responder algo general, eso no mejora el servicio y empeora la mala experiencia.
Not only is the service bad, the quality of the furniture is just as bad. I bought a room with a stool, the stool is a different color, 5 calls at the moment and zero answer, they only say that they will speak to the supervisor and call back and nothing. Additional: Even worse than just putting a bot to answer something general, that does not improve the service and makes the bad experience worse.

Incredibly Bad Customer Service. Ok, in México you shouldn't count the days or even weeks. But these guys made it to more than triple the delivery time of originally 30 days for our sofa. And the only reason for us to go with deurope muebles was the "short" delivery time they promised us. Additionally nobody there is interested in our requests and we are just postponed week by week. If you want to have muebles in the meaning of "having" it, don't go here! We are still waiting for our Sofa and looking for ways to chancel it, not easy too. Update 26th of April : Now it's 107 days after we completely payed 29000 mxn for our sofa. To be fair I have to admit that they contracted 50 days as delivery time, the 30 days just were commited verbally. But still we are talking about more than Double the delivery time. The cherry on top really is the customer Service - they don't care! After tenthousand Phone Calls and some visits in the store, I was there today again. I took a friend of mine to help me translating (as my spanish is surely not Business proof) and d'europe muebles brought it another Level: At the point where the person understood that we will not accept another "next week, really", she simply said that she only can talk to my wife. WTXXX? She simply stopped talking to us! My last ultimatum is end of this week or I will fight my money back with Support from a lawyer. I am pretty sure that they didn't even start working on this sofa.... My strong recommendation to everyboby is: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
