It is the first time that I buy something there I liked a piece of furniture and the price but I had problems with the delivery and MISS JULIA SALGADO FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE was quite rude, threatening and dishonest in the end I was going to decide on a room but I ended up with nothing thanks to the attitude of this lady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustan los muebles, tienen estilos muy padres, lo que no me gusta que la tienda ofrece pagos a meses sin intereses a partir de cierta cantidad, al momento de pagar y solicitar a meses te cobran cierta cantidad, no respetan la promoción, entonces cuál es la promoción ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las buenas reseñas son de gente que no ha comprado nada; desafortunadamente la gente que va y ve bonito pone 5 estrellas sin saber como realmente atienden.
Llevo 5 meses sin recibir un comedor; 2 de ellos pidiendo reembolso sin que nadie atienda las llamadas. Desafortunadamente esta tienda se dedica a estafar a sus clientes. Hay otras mueblerias; no arriesguen su dinero aqui; En esta tienda solo compran un juicio ante la profeco y no disponer ni de su dinero o muebles por meses si no es que años.
Good reviews are from people who haven't bought anything; unfortunately people who go and see nice give 5 stars without knowing how they really serve.
I have not received a dining room for 5 months; 2 of them requesting reimbursement without anyone answering the calls. Unfortunately this store is dedicated to scamming their customers. There are other furniture stores; don't risk your money here; In this store they only buy a trial before the profeco and not have their money or furniture for months if not years.

ACTUALIZACIÓN: La sucursal dio buen seguimiento y atención, es el centro de distribución en donde se te trata muy mal y no se te dan fechas claras. Si llegó el mueble pero con detalles.
They don't deliver on time. At the moment I have a month waiting for a piece of furniture that supposedly would take 10 days.
