Entiendo que su labor es vender pero la atencion post-venta es parte de la atencion, se dio fecha de entrega de maximo 10 dias y tardaron en la entrega casi un mes, todo esto por que segun tenian muchas entregas y la verdad fue que el mueble lo tenian que fabricar (ojo eso lo dijeron en D europe) la calidad no fue la misma que tenian como muestra en tienda, para responder a la queja de entrega tardan dias y solo es por telefono en su @ no dan respuesta, varios muebles se compraron y la verdad nunca volvere a comprar. --- PARA D EUROPE NO RESPONDAN ESTE COMENTARIO---

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, llevo esperando una sala que se compró desde el 17 de Noviembre de 2020 y la cual en el ticket dice que el tiempo de entrega es de 25 días y es fecha que no llega, según ellos que porque proveedor no la ha mandado y se supone que cuando la compramos el vendedor dijo que si tenían en almacén y, por lo visto ni la PROFECO ha hecho algo al respecto porque he leído demasiadas quejas, pero bueno.
P. D. si lees esto no compres en D'EUROPE ahórrate corajes, estoy seguro que encontrarás mejores opciones.

Mi esposo compró varios muebles en diciembre de 2018 y a finales de Marzo un escalón de la litera de mi hijo se rompió; el mismo vendedor me ayudó a reportarla y todo iba bien hasta que mandé el correo con las fotos del mueble dañado para que evaluaran si era necesario enviar al ebanista a mi casa o si tenían que llevarse el mueble, cosa que ya no sucedió, es la fecha en la que no tengo respuesta. Llamar al único número que aparece en la página hace prácticamente imposible comunicarse, puedes estar más de 35 minutos al teléfono y nadie responde, pese a que en la sucursal han tratado de ayudarme, lo cierto es que no tienen el poder para hacerlo y es frustrante no saber a quién dirigirse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera poner menos lo haría son un asco en la entrega se les dijo desde la compra solo puedo recibir en sábado si se puede lo compro si no no y la señorita si claro con todo gusto, son unos mentirosos, según hablan para entregar en semana se le dice a la persona que programa la entrega, que se les dijo que el sábado y les vale, se les marca para preguntar y que ya se salieron que no pueden un millón de cosas para que entreguen ellos cuando y en el momento que quieran y no cuando el cliente les está solicitando desde la compra, lo nuevo es que ya estaba para el anterior sábado pero un tal monitor de entregas Donovan Martínez canceló la entrega, ayer que porque se hizo una sola llamada el jueves mientras estaba yo en el hospital no pude contestar ahora ya no lo entregaron, espero que ya lo entreguen y no no lo recomiendo en nada NO COMPREN NO PIERDAN SU TIEMPO.
