Pedí un juego de 2 piezas de buro, hace mas de 75 días y no es posible que no me hayan entregado, hemos llamado aproximadamente 6 veces y simplemente nos dan largas, o no contestan las llamadas. Su servicio de entrega, además de todo (ya que compré más muebles) es una verdadera vergüenza. Veremos qué opina la PROFECO al respecto, porque aparte de todo, quieren penalizarme por algo que USTEDES no cumplieron al querer cancelar el pedido? Pésimo servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los vendedores muy buenos y atentos, la marca te estafa y tienes que perder mucho tiempo para recuperar tu dinero o muebles después de muchos disgustos. En el estado de México si no te entregan tus muebles pagados en una sola exhibición dentro de los 15 días siguientes se tipifica como fraude y es un delito penal.
Very good and attentive sellers, the brand scams you and you have to waste a lot of time to recover your money or furniture after many annoyances. Compre un sillón ocasional el 29/septiembre /2020 y ya estamos en enero 2021 y el sillón no ha llegado, llame a la tienda para mencionar de la mala atención y que quiero la devolución de mi dinero, en la tienda me dijeron que mandará un correo ya que la tienda no hace devolución, mande mi correo hace más de una semana y no me han contestado, los teléfonos de atención a clientes no contestan, tendré que ir a la PROFECO a poner mi queja

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar que no recomiendo hice una compra que después de casi mes y medio me entregaron mi producto. No cumplen lo que dicen no entregan en tiempo y forma. Quise cancelar mi compra lo cual me dijeron que tenía una penalización del 15%. Es mi primera vez y última que compro en esta tienda. No lo recomiendo.
