Horrible servicio, falta de ética y profesionalismo, después de 5 meses de espera procedí a hacer la cancelación, y ahora resulta que no me quieren regresar la totalidad del dinero que invertí por haber cancelado, estoy seguro que muchos están en mi misma posición, les sugiero que acudan ante PROFECO, ES LO QUE YO HARÉ PORQUE NO ES JUSTO QUE SE QUIERAN QUEDAR CON MI DINERO.

Pero no los recomendaría, ya que se comprometió el vendedor, a mandar un mueble, sin un par de detalles de suciedad, mismos que detectamos, anotamos y señalamos (incluido el vendedor), en su reporte.
El mueble llegó 3 semanas después, exactamente igual.
Nice furniture and prices are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me costó mucho trabajo llegar estoy lejos y desafortunadamente espere mucho tiempo en la mueblería por problemas en plataforma de Banamex y es inhumano no darles ni un ventilador para empleados y clientes chorreaba yo de sudor un infierno!! El baño denigrante no gastar ni en un WC que cuánto puede costar ambas cosas no es posible el trato a empleados y clientes en esas condiciones !!!!
