Quiero cancelar pero me quieren retener el15% del total (más de 7 mil pesos) y aparte se tardarán en devolver el dinero. Ya me jinetearon más de 40 mil pesos y aún así quieren salir ganando. Muy mal servicio. Cuando haces la compra te pintan todo de rosa, pero para la entrega es un verdadero calvario, llevo más de dos meses tratando de que me entreguen un sofá, hablo y hablo a la sucursal y nunca contestan, escribo vía facebook y ni sus luces. Me presento a la sucursal y no me pueden dan informes, que todo es por llamada telefónica (desde México) y lo único que me dicen es que la entrega tardara aproximadamente un mes mas y eso no es garantía.
