★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper tardados en la entrega. Horario abierto sin posibilidad a que te llamen al menos una hora antes de entregarte. Compré unas sillas, cuando me llegaron, a una le faltaba un tapón en una pata, a otra unos tornillos y otra llegó rayada y pintada. Me dijeron que la del tapón y tornillos en cualquier tienda me los daban (no es cierto y nunca contestan el correo al que me pidieron escribir y mandar foto). Cuando me llevan la que regresé, me llevan otro modelo... al menos 15 minutos en espera al teléfono. No vale la pena el desgaste.
 Super late delivery. Open hours with no possibility of being called at least one hour before surrendering. I bought some chairs, when they arrived, one was missing a plug on one leg, another screws and another came scratched and painted. They told me that the one with the plug and screws in any store gave them to me (it is not true and they never answer the email to which they asked me to write and send a photo). When they take me the one I came back, they take me another model ... at least 15 minutes waiting on the phone. Not worth the wear.

Desde octubre del 2020 llevo esperando un sofá, dan largas para su entrega, "según por la pandemia", es Febrero 2021 y no dan la cara para saber cuándo me dan mi mueble, uno les tiene que rogar para que te contacten, y si cancelas te quieren sacar el 20 al 30% de lo que ya pagaste!! ... en Facebook eliminan los malos comentarios y me encuentro que tienen problemas así desde antes del 2019 según la información expedida por PROFECO! No es por la pandemia, es por falta de liquidez en su compañía, pero ya se les hizo costumbre ESTAFAR a la gente.Se les viene una DEMANDA MASIVA, ya que no sólo es en CDMX, es en varios ESTADOS de la República.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le puse una estrella sólo para que me dejara escribir. Pésimo servicio. Mala administración. El trato: del nabo. Me puse grosero porque no me han entregado mi mueble en el tiempo estipulado hasta por escrito. Andan jineteando mi dinero desde hace tres meses y no hay fecha de entrega. Ahora hasta evitan mis llamadas o ya me bloquearon. Le recomiendo a la gente no comprar en esta cadena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ le doy 3 estrellas ahora, y festejo porque después de 2 meses pudieron solucionar y entregarme mi sofá, recomiendo al personal nuevo Daniel Olmos me atendió excelente y resolutivo.... nada que ver con su gerente Jesus Hernández que le propuse pagar otro sofá y pagar yo una diferencia más ya que no había modelo Modena y tenía ya un atraso de entrega 2 meses. Persona que anteriormente me atendió Jesus Hernández que solo me puso pretextos y engaños no recomiendo al Gerente Jesus Hernández. Retorno el Día de 01 junio del presente año regreso y por suerte me atiende Daniel y soluciona me da opciones y descubro que todo lo que invento el Gerente Hernández para no resolver fue capricho de este mitómano. Agradezco antier la atención Sr. Daniel Olmos. Persona resolutiva. Gracias

Para todos aquellos que quieran comprar muebles con sus ahorros, por favor no lo hagan aquí, no regalen su dinero, esta mueblería no cumple con lo pactado. Las redes sociales están plagados de quejas en su contra, por favor vayan a otro lado.

Nos habían dicho que las bancas soportaban el peso de 3 personas pero no es verdad, se pandean las bancas del comedir y truena casi a nada de romperse falta soporte sobre el producto.
