Pésima atención al cliente.
Do not buy with them. We sold a room at the beginning of December and they still have NOT delivered it to us, it is already April.

Muy mal servicio, todo se pagó de contado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super pésimo servicio. Compre una sala y tardaron un año en entregarmela solo llamaban para "disculparse y postergar la fecha". También me cambiaron el precio primero me mencionaron uno y después otro, termine depositando dinero de más. Ese dinero sobrante jamás me lo quisieron regresar solo inventaron excusas y cargos extras para no devolverlo. La tal Nancy Ramirez Perez al principio muy amable y después no te soluciona nada solo te da el avión y te proporciona un número de celular que jamás contesta, es una persona nefasta. Les recomiendo NO COMPRAR.
Super lousy service. I bought a room and it took them a year to deliver it to me, they just called to "apologize and postpone the date." They also changed the price, first they mentioned one to me and then another, I ended up depositing more money. That excess money they never wanted to return to me, they only made up excuses and extra charges for not returning it. That Nancy Ramirez Perez at first very friendly and then she doesn't solve anything for you, she just gives you the plane and gives you a cell phone number that never answers, she's a nefarious person. I recommend DO NOT BUY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar para comprar. Haces tu pedido y pagas y nunca te llega tu pedido. Pasan los meses y no dan solución. Cero recomendable. Aunque acudan a la Profeco no hacen caso. Sobre advertencia no hay engaño.
Terrible place to buy. You place your order and you pay and your order never arrives. Months go by and there is no solution. Zero recommended. Although they go to Profeco they do not pay attention. On warning there is no deception.
