Y TE PROMETEN FECHAS DE ENTREGA QUE NO CUMPLEN POR QUE OBVIO NO TIENEN LOS MUEBLES Y TE AMENAZAN DICIENDO QUE TU ACEPTAS FECHAS DE ENTREGA QUE DE DEBE SER A LA HORA QUE ELLOS DICEN Y TE DICEN QUE SI NO ESTAS ES TU PROBLEMA Y TE AMENAZAN CON LAS GRABACIONES DE VERDAD SON UNA DISQUE EMPRESA HORRIBLE VIVEN DEL CLIENTE Y NOS TRATAN MUY MAL DE VERDAD NO COMPREN AYUDEN A LAS MINIEMPRESAS.
THEY DO NOT BUY IN THIS COMPANY OR ARE EVEN REGISTERED IN PROFECO, BECAUSE THEY ARE THE WORST AND THE ONE THAT THEY HAVE THE MOST COMPLAINTS FOR THEIR BREACH, I HAVE BEEN SEVEN MONTHS WAITING FOR THE DELIVERY OF A DINING ROOM AND A ROOM, BY THE LATE I ALREADY LOST INTEREST IN THESE FURNITURE, I REQUESTED MY RETURN AND THEY THREATENED TO PENALIZE ME WITH SEVERAL PERCENTAGES FOR DIFFERENT CONCEPTS, IN ADDITION TO THEY TOLD ME THAT IF THE RETURN PROCEEDED, IT WOULD TAKE 3 TO 4 MONTHS TO REINTEGRATE ME WITH MY MONEY OBVIOUS. AND THEY PROMISE YOU DELIVERY DATES THAT DON'T COMPLY BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE THE FURNITURE AND THREATEN YOU SAYING THAT YOU ACCEPT DELIVERY DATES THAT MUST BE AT THE TIME THEY SAY AND TELL YOU THAT IF THIS IS NOT YOUR PROBLEM AND THREATEN YOU WITH REALLY RECORDINGS ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY RECORD THEY LIVE ON THE CUSTOMER AND THEY TREAT US VERY BADLY, THEY DO NOT BUY THEY HELP THE MINI-COMPANIES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, le doy una estrella porque no me da opción de ninguna, no merece ni una estrella, compré mi sala desde el 4 de diciembre y no me la han entregado, ya pasaron tres meses y prometieron entregarme la en 20 días, y si cancelas te penalizan, no compren ahí, te atienden muy bien pero no cumplen la entrega. Es una impotencia porque ya se pagó

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, compramos una sala el 15 de mayo, y es fecha que aun no la entregan, quedaron de entregarla la semana pasada y no fueron para llamar y decir que no llegaría te dan un horario de 9am a 9 pm y aun así no la entraron. Si quieres cancelar la compra te penalizan.
Terrible service, we bought a room on May 15, and it is the date that they have not delivered it yet, they left to deliver it last week and they did not go to call and say that it would not arrive, they give you a schedule from 9am to 9pm and still not entered. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te venden el producto prometiendo una fecha de entrega de 20 días. Y van tres meses y no la pueden entregar. Hablas para preguntar y solo t contestan que 21 días más. Tratas de cancelar y te amenazan con cobrar multa por cancelación. Pides que te den un cambio, ofrecen lo q está en exhibición pero pagando más. Horrible fatal el servicio. Cuando por fin "programan" la entrega no llegan y dicen q t volverán a re agendar (otros 7 días) .
They sell you the product promising a delivery date of 20 days. And it's been three months and they can't deliver it. You speak to ask and they only answer 21 more days. You try to cancel and they threaten to charge you a cancellation penalty. You ask for a change, they offer what is on display but paying more. Horrible fatal service. When they finally "schedule" the delivery they don't arrive and say they will reschedule (another 7 days).
