★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experiencia, se tardaron 4 meses en entregar una sala, y eso porque tuvimos que hacer una denuncia ante la Profeco. Nunca nunca nunca compren en D'europe si no quieren problemas extras en su vida.
Terrible experience, it took 4 months to deliver a room, and that's because we had to file a complaint with Profeco. Never never never shop at D'europe if you don't want extra problems in your life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, incumplimiento de contrato con respecto a una compra, 60 días después se solicita reembolso y nadie en la tienda se hace responsable incluyendo la gerente Ivonne. Consideren otras opciones con más prestaciones y valor por tu dinero incluyendo seguro de reembolso por incumplimiento
Terrible service, breach of contract regarding a purchase, 60 days later a refund is requested and no one in the store is responsible including the manager Ivonne. Consider other options with more benefits and value for your money including default reimbursement insurance

Compré una sala el 20 de Noviembre y me la entregaron el 18 de Enero les solicité factura y me dicen que ya no me la podían dar porque ya es otro año fiscal cuando me la están entregando dos meses después, intenté cancelar piden muchos requisitos y aparte te quitan el 20% del total de la compra y te reembolsarían el dinero de 45 a 60 días.
Después te llaman para decirte que estés al pendiente por qué si no sales en 3 min se van, cuando yo los tuve que esperar más de 2 meses ?
Que lastima que no pudiera leer las cláusulas antes de la compra ya que vienen impresas en el ticket, básicamente las lees después de realizar tu compra.
Very bad experience would not buy again
I bought a room on November 20 and they delivered it to me on January 18, I asked for an invoice and they told me that they could no longer give it to me because it is already another fiscal year when they are giving it to me two months later, I tried to cancel they ask for many requirements and apart They take away 20% of the total purchase and they would refund the money in 45 to 60 days.
Then they call you to tell you to be on the lookout, why if you don't go out in 3 min they will leave, when I had to wait for them more than 2 months
Too bad I couldn't read the clauses before the purchase as they are printed on the ticket, basically you read them after making your purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Señores de D´Europe, en la sucursal de Metepec, compré un colchón y un box; solicité mi factura inmediatamente y no pudieron entregármela y además me SOLICITARON QUE YO ENVIARA UN CORREO PIDIENDOLA, osea, a la fecha no me ha sido enviada. PÉSIMO SERVICIO!!!
Gentlemen from D'Europe, at the Metepec branch, I bought a mattress and a box; I requested my invoice immediately and they could not deliver it to me and they also REQUESTED ME TO SEND AN EMAIL REQUESTING IT, that is, to date it has not been sent to me. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima calidad de muebles hace 2 años compre una recamara y a los 3 meses se empezaron a dar problemas las cajoneras después de dos años ya se reparo todo y aún sigue dando problemas. No soy el único que a tenido problema de calidad NO DESPERDICIEN SU DINERO
Terrible quality of furniture 2 years ago I bought a bedroom and after 3 months the drawers began to cause problems after two years everything was repaired and it still continues to cause problems. I'm not the only one who has had quality problem DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
