★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo pésima opinión sobre la tienda ,compre una sala hace 9 meses y ya está horrorosa estoy haciendo válida la garantía esperando a que me contesten hasta por más de 20 minutos y no me solucionan nada quedaron muy formales que venían a recogerla elndia de ayer y ahora que volví a llamar me dicen que se comunican el día lunes y así me traen son muy incumplidos ,pero aquí lo importante a destacar es que las salas no son de buena calidad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tiene 3 meses q compré un comedor y es fecha q no me entregan, nadie se hace responsable ya son 3 veces q me dicen q espere 20 días mas y así ya se pasaron 90 días y una persona q según está en bodega la única solución q me daba era q fuera a la tienda y escogiera otro comedor q por q si cancelaba me multarían. No Compren de verdad en esa tienda pésimas entregas !!!

Primero se pusieron muy renuentes porque les solicitamos que nos llamaran antes de llegar al domicilio, pues no habitamos ahí, durante tres días estuve insistiendo y una mujer que está en atención al cliente llamada Karen tuvo siempre una pésima atención. Después de que llego el producto, llego dañado y no nos lo quisieron cambiar, nos dijeron que lo repararían, pero ya pasó más de un mes y no lo han hecho. De verdad evítense de problemas y no compren en esta empresa, tiene una pésima atención al cliente, verdaderamente pésima. Pagas una mueble de cerca de 30 mil pesos y esperas que llegue en óptimas condiciones y lo único que te garantizan es una pésima atención. NO LO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO

Hace más de 90 días que compre un comedor y según el vendedor era 35 días para la entrega pero estamos casi a finales de febrero y no tienen fecha para entregar la chica de atención a clientes se pone muy grosera . Dice que puedo cancelar su pedido pero eso si con penalizacion como si los clientes fueran responsables de su pésimo servicio
En verdad no recomiendo comprar un solo mueble en esa marca de tienda hay que tener madre para ser como ellos……
