Aparte de que no los entregan te quieren penalizar con el 15% por su incompetencia de no entregar los muebles. Hablas con el ejecutivo y no te resuelve nada y te dices lo tomas o lo dejas como si le hiciéramos el favor de comprarle. Alguien sabe donde poner una denuncia?? Terrible service. Do not waste your time and money arguing with the delivery of the furniture. Apart from not delivering them, they want to penalize you 15% for their incompetence in not delivering the furniture. You talk to the executive and he doesn't solve anything for you and you tell yourself, take it or leave it as if we were doing him the favor of buying from him. Llevo más de 1 mes y ni mueble ni fecha de entrega, en la tienda te dan un número de atención a clientes donde nadie contesta (hora y media esperando) y el gerente y vendedor se lavan las manos, no les importa. Si quieres devolución de tu dinero te quieren cobrar una penalización a pesar que la tienda es la que incumple con la entrega. En Twitter tienen miles de quejas en varias ciudades del país. Eviten comprarse un problema con esta tienda. Arrepentido de comprar con esto ???! Appalling. Lousy, lousy. Avoid buying your furniture in this place. They give you a delivery date but it is a vile lie. I have been more than 1 month and neither furniture nor delivery date, in the store they give you a customer service number where no one answers (an hour and a half waiting) and the manager and salesperson wash their hands, they don't care. If you want your money back, they want to charge you a penalty even though the store is the one that fails to deliver. On Twitter they have thousands of complaints in various cities of the country. Me dijeron que, como la mercancía que compré si la tenían en existencia, me la entregarían en un MAXIMO de 20 días. Claro que fue una gran mentira!!! Y si quieres cancelar el pedido (por su incompetencia) te penalizan con un porcentaje!!!!! PESIMO PESIMO PESIMO! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY SHOPPING HERE !!!! Gracias a la gerente pudimos recuperar la mercancía después de más de 6 meses de negociaciones. Para que les compres, te mienten sobre el tiempo de entrega. Y luego te tienes que aguantar a lo que ellos digan porque si quieres cancelar la compra, te penalizan con el 15% del costo total!!
