Me dijeron que en su página oficial podemos encontrar las tiendas que están asociadas con ellos y que nos quedan más cercanas.

Desde la compra reporte que presentaba defectos uno de los paneles de losetas y cada que me comunico con ellos solamente me dicen que me dirán en que estado se encuentra el reporte y no me han resuelto nada. Honestamente ya me canse de estar solicitando una respuesta.
Como coleccionista de juegos me siento un poco defraudado con la marca y con su control de calidad.
Make the purchase of Carcassone 20th anniversary at the "La Mole" convention at the Devir Mexico stand. Since the purchase, I reported that one of the tile panels had defects and every time I communicate with them they only tell me that they will tell me what state the report is in and they have not resolved anything. As a game collector I feel a bit disappointed with the brand and its quality control.
