Tuve que ir a otra óptica y volver a pagar el costo de las mismas. Pésimo servicio. A seller burned the lenses on my son's frame while trying to adjust it and did not want to replace them, nor was he responsible for anything. I had to go to another optician and pay the cost of them again. Terrible service.

En la misma situación, no me quieren hacer válida la garantía de mi armazón (salió con un defecto ) , ya han pasado varios meses. Además me quemaron mis micas y no se hicieron responsables. Personal deshonesto que hace todo lo posible por no darle la razón al cliente ni hacer válida la garantía. Horrible, too late I read the previous comment.
