★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio!! Solicité unos lentes (me atendió Edgar) y me comentó que acudiera en 1 semana a recogerlos. Así tal cual. Fui el día de hoy... Y la srita. Lilia Ortega con voz prepotente dijo que son 8 días hábiles, así que aún no estaban. Por qué desde el inicio no explican bien?? Y hacen que el cliente esté dando vueltas?? También dijo que enviaban un whatsapp al cliente cuando ya estaban listos. Algo que jamás me comentaron. No es una óptica de la esquina y tampoco cobran nada barato!! Al contrario, por los altos precios que manejan es para que den un excelente servicio. No recomendaría!!
