★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, uso lentes desde pequeña y en ningun otro lugar me habian tardado tanto en hacer los lentes, tardan minimo una semana cuando en opticas mas sencillas te los entregan en 3 o 4 dias por mucho. Lo unico es que hay armazones de marca pero pues no hay mucha variedad. No saben hacer bien el examen de la vista, se confian mucho del de la computadora. La garantia que ofrece es pésima no la recomiendo para nada, para empezar te entregan los lentes en una semana, y si no los hacen bien (por que los que atienden allí son medio lentos) entran a la garantia, y en ella tardan 3 semanas en entregarte y eso aver si quedan bien los lentes, si no otras 2 o 3 semanas esperando los lentes.

The guarantee it offers is terrible, I do not recommend it at all, to begin with, they give you the lenses in a week, and if they do not do them well (because those who attend there are half slow) they enter the guarantee, and it takes 3 weeks in giving you and that to see if the lenses fit, if not another 2 or 3 weeks waiting for the lenses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio que he tenido, no hacen la entrega a tiempo, todo muy caro y de malisima calidad, y las personas que atienden muy déspotas y groseras. No se merecen ni una estrella, pero la puse porque no me da otra opción. No recomiendo ese lugar a nadie. simplemente malisimo !!

Me gusto un armazón que tenían en el mostrador realice la compra de $3768 no hay problema se hace el esfuerzo ya que es una necesidad, me entregan mi lente a los 10 días después y cuando llegó por el, Me lo entregan en mal estado con el marco chueco, las patas mas separadas de lo normal y chuecas. Sé justifican que por que al colocar la mica tiene que manipular el armazón y que por eso quedan así, discúlpenme pero no es el primer armazón que utilizo y jamás me han entregado un armazón de esa forma. Y todavía la chava que me lo esta entregando y que le comento que el armazón esta en mal estado lo manipula mas lo tuerce, lo dobla y queda peor de lo que esta; y le comento que ese trabajo no lo pienso recibir así que requiero la devolución de mi dinero y todavía se molesta, me minimiza verbalmente tratando de sobajarme, eso no es un buen trabajo. La verdad no compren ahí y si en alguna ocasión DEVLYN ve este mensaje sugiero que chequen cuidadosamente a que personal contratan. REITERÓ EXIGI MI DINERO NO PAGUE $3 PESOS PARA QUE ME ENTREGUE UN TRABAJO ASI, SI VAN A COBRAR DE ESA FORMA EXIJO TRABAJO DE CALIDAD.

REITERATED, I DEMANDED MY MONEY, I DON'T PAY $ 3 PESOS TO GIVE ME A JOB SO, IF THEY'LL BE CHARGING THAT WAY I DEMAND QUALITY WORK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio al cliente, amables y atentos para responder cualquier inquietud. Mantiene una buena higiene en el local y sobre todo extreman todas las precauciones al momentos de hacer un examen de la vista, eso esta excelente.
En tiempos de pandemia, desinfectan constantemente superficies y los lentes que algún cliente desea probarse.
La entrada es con cubrebocas y se facilita la aplicación de gel antibacterial en la tienda.
En fines de semana suela estar más concurrido.
