★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tienes que rogar para que te atiendan, te tratan con la punta del pie, si te dicen una fecha de entrega tienes que esperar 3 o 4 días mas para que te den tu pedido.
Esperaba un servicio mejor de una de las ópticas mas grandes del país.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor lugar para ir hacer lentes !!! Todo pasa ,te tratan mal ,el personal que trabaja ahí ,es grosera ,la encargada igual una persona grosera Nunca quedaron mis lentes bien ,no supieron ni hacerme mi examen bien y ni poner la graduación de otro especialista bien .
Pésima experiencia ! No la recomiendo en absoluto !
The worst place to go make glasses !!! Everything happens, they treat you badly, the staff that works there is rude, the person in charge is like a rude person. My glasses never fit well, they didn't know how to do my exam well, nor did they give the graduation of another specialist well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo años comprando en sucursales devlin y esta ha sido la primera vez que he recibido un trato déspota por parte de los vendedores; me acerque a que me dieran un presupuesto de mis lentes le dije a una señorita y me ignoro por completo prefirió ir a platicar con una de sus compañeras, hasta que otro de sus compañeros se acerco y me atendió. Tuve que ir a otra óptica.
I have been buying at devlin branches for years and this has been the first time I have received a despotic treatment from sellers; I approached to give me a budget of my glasses I told a young lady and I completely ignored her, she preferred to go talk with one of her companions, until another of her companions approached me and took care of me. I had to go to another optician.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, desde el primer contacto para que te muestren armazones y probártelos, una actitud déspota, te tratan como si les estuvieras pidiendo regaladas las cosas, ni ganas te quedan de seguirle diciendo que te muestren armazones; al final por eso terminé haciendo mi compra en línea y sacar mi cita para la graduación ahí mismo, bueno pues pésima decisión, mi graduación me la hicieron mal, con el ojo derecho veía borroso, al final llamé a atención a clientes y me dijeron que acudiera de nuevo a la sucursal donde se me hizo mi graduación para que levantaran un reporte y me aplicaran la garantía... bueno pues en cuanto llegué y comenté mi situación, el mismo optometrista déspota prácticamente me quería negar el servicio porque según él "en compras en línea no se podía hacer eso", afortunadamente yo ya había consultado en atención a clientes y seguí insistiendo hasta que fue a comentar algo con su compañera y ya accedió a hacerme de nuevo el exámen. En fin, llevo 1 mes en espera de que se me entreguen mis lentes correctamente, los llevé el día 30 para cambio y me dan fecha promeza para el 17. NO ACUDAN A ESTA SUCURSAL, tentrán mala experiencia y perderán su tiempo, lástima, porque anteriormente había tenido buenas experiencias en otras sucursales, pero ya no creo volver a recurrir a Devlyn.
Terrible service, from the first contact to show you frames and try them on, a despotic attitude, they treat you as if you were asking them for things as gifts, you don't even want to keep telling them to show you frames; In the end that's why I ended up making my purchase online and making my appointment for graduation right there, well, a bad decision, my graduation was done wrong, with my right eye I saw blurry, in the end I called customer service and they told me that I went back to the branch where my graduation was done to have a report drawn up and the guarantee applied ... well, as soon as I arrived and commented on my situation, the same despotic optometrist practically wanted to deny me the service because according to him "in You couldn't do that online shopping ", fortunately I had already consulted customer service and I kept insisting until she went to comment on something with her partner and she agreed to take the exam again. Anyway, I have been waiting 1 month for my glasses to be delivered to me correctly, I took them on the 30th for an exchange and they give me a promising date for the 17th. DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH, they have a bad experience and they will waste their time, too bad, because I've had good experiences in other branches before, but I don't think I'll ever use Devlyn again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio el especialista que tienen lo tienen a prueba y error, me hizo 4 exámenes y nunca quedaron mis lentes. Pedi la devolución de mi dinero y llevo 7 días en espera.
Pésimo lugar aparte que nunca esta siempre le llaman para que vaya atender y la espera
