â â â â â El sr que me hizo mi examen de la vista super amable, sin embargo hice la compra en lĂnea, esta fue la sucursal donde realicĂ© mi examen para que tuvieran mi graduaciĂłn, sin embargo uno de los lentes llego mal, los lleve nuevamente para que me hicieran valida la garantĂa una mujer en que labora ahĂ super antipĂĄtica, no querĂa hacerla valida por que mencionaba que no habĂa hecho la compra ahĂ, cuando en a tensiĂłn al cliente me dijeron que acudiera a la Ăłptica donde me realizaron mi examen, a pesar de que no querĂa realizarlo, hizo un comentario fuera de lugar donde menciono que los lentes que compre no me quedaban... Cosa que en ningĂșn momento le habĂa preguntado, desafortunadamente, volvieron a llegar mal de un lente, tuve que volver acudir, me comunique con a tensiĂłn al cliente y resulta que esta mujer ni siquiera a enviado mis lentes al laboratorio despuĂ©s de que llevo una semana que los volvĂ a llevar, definitivamente no regreso, los armazones estan muy padres en lĂnea, pero el trato de la Ăłptica por parte de la Sra. Horrible y decepcionante
