Cuando fui a recogerlos me dieron otro armazon que nada que ver (obviamente mas barato) y me dijeron que ellos me llaman cuando esten listos sin asegurarme nada Terrible place, buy a frame and lenses. Acudí a esta sucursal, en el centro comercial Angelopolis, desde que entras te tratan pésimo, les pregunté algo y me respondieron de forma muy grosera. Se ve que el tipo que recibe a las personas es un frustrado o amargado con la vida. Si desean ser tratados mal por tipos acomplejados y que no te den información de nada, acudan a está óptica. TODO MAL, si no saben atender a las personas que los corran!! APPALLING! Avoid this optic. No es posible que es mi segunda visita para recoger mis lentes de contacto y no más no sirven, pues sí no funcionan, no veo. La primera vez cometieron un error mundial, por sus pantalones decidieron bajar la graduación del lente izquierdo porque la marca que me ofrecieron no era apta para mi necesidad, pero nunca me lo dieron, y solo a ellos se les ocurre, así nada más bajar la graduación, obvio que no me iban a servir. Me cambiaron la marca, segunda vez que los visito para llevarme mis lentes y pues no sirven, simplemente me los pongo y es como si no los tuviera puestos. Solicité la devolución de mi dinero, y dicen que van a hablar con la gerente y mañana me llaman. Horror, horror. Horrible experience to have met them.
