★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, requeri de servicio para un rotomartillo en marzo y no tienen buen control del servicio, atienden con mentiras, que ya esta, pero que no esta el tecnico y el que me atendio fue una persona grosera y que se expresaba hasta con groserias. Al final me atendio creo yo el gerente y me ofreció un descuento por los inconvenientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve una compresora de las que le dicen tipo hamburguesa, les dije que está fallando y cuando fui por ella estaba igual solo la habían limpiado en ese momento la arreglaron de lo que les dije, pésimo lugar, pésimo servicio y no son nada honestos con su trabajo muy mal de todo espero que las marcas de herramienta les quiten la concesión porque solo burlan de la gente con su trabajo pésimo.

Mas de 5 dias en dar un diagnóstico y cuando entregaron mi herramienta le añadieron de regalo un daño extra , evitense el desgaste de llevar a reparar o comprar en ese lugar
Terrible repair service
More than 5 days to give a diagnosis and when they delivered my tool they added an extra damage as a gift, avoid the wear and tear of taking to repair or buy in that place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ si se pudiera estrellitas negativa seria -5 nunca vi un pesimo servicio no saben ni buscar en su base de datos las piesas no conoses las partes de un en X equipo el tecnico tampoco ni los encargados solo son buenos para vender equipos no para reparar y todavia se enojan asi qeu si van a comprar herramientas mejor en otro lado
If it could be negative stars it would be -5 I never saw a terrible service they do not know or search their database for the parts you do not know the parts of a X team the technician neither nor the managers are only good to sell equipment not to repair and still They get angry so if they go to buy tools better elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio lleve unos taladros, se tardaron semanas y nunca te van a llamar para avisarte, cuanto te va a costar, si ya iniciaron el proceso menos para mandarte una cotización, sin mencionar que todos tienen un pesimo trato a cliente, siempre esta vacios y siempre te tienen ahi parado horas, vayan a otro lugar y ahórrense vueltas y malos tratos
