K	Karen Cisneros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El doctor es amable, la consulta a lo mucho dura 10 minutos. te pesan, te dan tu plan, y lo necesario para seguirlo, hace una breve explicación de lo que puedes y no consumir durante el tratamiento. resuelve dudas y en caso de que después de la consulta tengas dudas puedes contactarlo. Lo que me parece pésimo, es la actitud de la recepcionista. me toco llegar antes de que abrieran en una ocasión, y no fue ni para decir buenos días cuando ella llegó. Abrió y hasta que yo y otra persona dijimos "buenos días" fue que ella dijo algo. Encendió la cafetera y no dijo nada por lo que una persona decidió tomar una taza de café, acto seguido la recepcionista con una actitud molesta se levantó de su asiento y dijo con voz nada sutil "ash, a ver, ese era para el doctor"... se disculpó la otra persona y la recepcionista se limitó a meterse al consultorio. Cuando tenemos que reagendar cita por whatsapp, exige que uno avise con anticipación la confirmación de la cita, cuando en cualquier otro lado, por cortesía 1 día antes preguntan por la confirmación. Siempre tiene una actitud de superioridad, como sí estuviese haciéndonos un favor a los pacientes al agendarnos la cita. Me parece pésimo que tengan a una persona con tan mala actitud en un lugar que se supone ofrece un servicio de primera. Donde el costo no es precisamente considerado accesible para todos los bolsillos, y donde se supone que debe de existir cierto tacto con los pacientes. I find it terrible that they have a person with such a bad attitude in a place that is supposed to offer first-class service. Where the cost is not precisely considered accessible for all budgets, and where it is assumed that there must be a certain tact with patients.
