 They do not solve or channel your doubts, they play with your time and your money. The attention they give you is completely scripted, nothing personalized to your case. It is a mockery of the institution, they are incompetent and insensitive. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT UNAM, THEY ARE THE MOCK OF UNIVERSITIES IN MEXICO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenemo 2 años en pandemia y aún no han logrado adaptarse para dar atención... en mi caso, es el personal de la Facultad de Ciencias Políticas que está en la DGAE. La señorita no tiene horario y no hay cómo saber cuándo encontrarla.
We have been in a pandemic for 2 years and they have not yet managed to adapt to provide care... in my case, it is the staff of the Faculty of Political Sciences that is in the DGAE. The lady does not have a schedule and there is no way to know when to find her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a recoger mi título y no hubo demora con respecto a la hora en la que me habían citado, solo me solicitaron una identificación oficial (yo mostré mi INE), así como también el documento de la cita (solo enseñé el archivo en PDF en mi celular, no tuve que imprimirlo). En general la atención del personal fue buena, solo dejan pasar a la persona interesada y el lugar está limpio. Lo único malo es que ninguno de los baños de hombre estaba disponible (una puerta estaba cerrada y otro lo estaban arreglando).
I went to pick up my title and there was no delay regarding the time I had been summoned, they only asked for an official identification (I showed my INE), as well as the appointment document (I only showed the PDF file at my cell phone, I didn't have to print it). In general, the attention of the staff was good, they only let the interested person through and the place is clean. The only bad thing is that none of the man's restrooms were available (one door was locked and another was being fixed).
